I just got back from a weekend in New York city. I stayed at the East Houston hotel in the Lower East Side. It’s a great, lively location. Lots of opportunities for street photography.

I was there to attend the Strobist lighting seminar, by David Hobby from Strobist.com.

I also went to the Photoshelter Shoot! The Day NYC gathering. When I wasn’t in seminars or playing pool at Google with my friend Tudor Hulubei, I spent some time walking around the city with my G9 taking street photos.
